Welcome to 1st/6th Edgware

1st/6th Edgware was formed in 2000 with the amalgamation of the 1st and 6th Edgware Scout Groups. Today, we are a growing and thriving group, providing quality Scouting to over 50 young people aged 6-14 in the local area.

We opened the Scout section in September 2018, and the entire Group has seen good growth over the last year. This would not be possible without the efforts and hard work of our Leadership team, fully supportive Group Exec and our Section Leaders.

Our thriving and active Scout Group has a dedicated leadership team who produce exciting and dynamic programmes for young people of the area, teaching life skills as well as having plenty of fun along the way! We partake in regular meetings, camping trips and day activities.

It’s exciting being involved with us. We believe that through everyday adventure, young people regularly experience new challenges that enrich their lives and help equip them with Skills For Life.
